Basket of fruit
I have always enjoyed painting still life. This subject was particularly interesting as I really wanted to present the beautiful rich colours evident in the fruit basket. Pastel was the chosen medium to portray this fruit basket. I did not use fixative as this would have changed the effect of the amazing strong colours. I believe they are good enough to eat!!!
